Adventure Tented Camps
With a little more of a rustic and lightweight adventure undertone, the Adventure Camp typically allows us to move camp on a daily basis, being much lighter and more Spartan, and therefore giving us the ability to get our guests deep into the wilds and away from the crowds, where mother nature is in charge.
Despite its mobility the Adventure Camp (traditionally know in East Africa as a ‘Fly Camp’ as it used to be just under flysheets) retains remarkable comfort. It is fully staffed with chefs and room stewards, camp beds with cotton sheets and comfy mattresses, hot showers, kerosene lamps, cold beers & wine and sumptuous meals.
The aim of the Adventure Camp is to give our guests the unique experience of roughing it for a night or two, maybe whilst the main camp is moving to a new spot, or perhaps one can decide to just go on a traditional Safari and drive into the wilderness, moving with your camp each day and finding your own new site to stop for the night. It’s great way to get to remote corners of the country, explore remote new territories, mountain biking or camel safaris, or just getting closer to nature.
